The Panasonic Lumix TZ99/ZS99 100 needs to be here for a 2025 list Smaller sensor but insane focal length and almost all of the features you could want from a compact camera brbrAs much as I am a Fuji hater, the X100 VI also needs to be here Its the only recent larger sensor photography focused automatic that is moving things forwards Not including Ricoh as a) nothing's been updated since forever and b) the tech is a friggin joke (autofocus is unusable, there's no weather sealing and no stabilisation, viewfinder and other features you would expect at a premium price) brbrIf you are including the RX100 m7, the Canon G5X mark II and G1X mark iii should also at the very damn least be "honourable mentions here" - realise that they are becoming harder to find and are older releases, but so is the RX100 G5X is much superior to the G7x M2 and the G1X m3 is the only APSC compact with a zoom lens rather than just a fixed prime The G1X M3 also comes with a viewfinder, weather sealing, image stabilisation, adjustable screen, phase detect autofocus (in the form of Canon's dual pixel autofocus, which is missing on the G5x and G7X models) and reliable autofocus - overall delivering a much more complete package than both the X100 V/VI the Ricoh GR 3

TG7;is a good little camera…but has the same size sensor as most smartphones (1/23) not a 1 inch sensor That would be a great camera! Aperture is f 20-49 You left out its macro capabilty, which is probably its main draw along with being waterproof The photo you showed with the flash on lens is an option, but very useful with its macro (microscope)

Personally I’d recommend the ZV1 mark 1 over the 2 unless you’re specifically using it for vlogging (its original intention) brbrIt’s pretty much the same camera but has a 24-70 18-28 instead of the 18-50 18-4 and has lens stabilization instead of just the electronic that the Mark 2 has brI actually picked up a mark 1 used for about 300 and I absolutely love the 24-70 range for everyday photography
