Transportation is decent The success rate is based off the mega carriers and companies that offer other service that also require trucking Small businesses and owner ops have been dropping off by either closing before bankruptcy or just simply selling and walking away…so the transportation business is not really considered a business that rarely fails They fail constantly And very expensive to start and run

As someone who works in nursing with elderly patients all the time, I would genuinely love to run a senior facility one day 🥺 I hear way too many stories from patients about being mistreated in places they were before they came to the hospital, and it’s really heartbreaking that people treat them this way I wish I could give them a safe place to live

The real estate is a lie, you pay for overpriced property and get around 2-3 per year of what you put in Always problems,leaks, electrical, etc Need renovation every 2 years because the rentals don't care about the house I had 2 rentals , it's not easy If you own a whole building with more flats that is a lot better, but not multiple properties around the town so that you run around everyday
