I agree in the main except for the 25 phone calls an hour thing This is a bit dubious because nobody I mean nobody answers thier phone The DM's always screen thier calls Shit you can make 75 calls and hour leaving voice mails and messages with secretaries Worst part of the job but it has to be done Social media; I'd reverse that Not saying don't have an online presence, but you want to check the DM's digital footprint Facebook, Instagram that kind of thing but don't fake it If he's a Cowboy fan don't you all of a sudden become a Cowboy fan but you know he like football so you touch on that Sales is both brutal and satisfying all at once, but it's a young man's game After 20 or so years of it, if you don't own the shop it just wears you out Best to get out by 50ish Personal opinion Comment from : @rasheedrashad6831 |
