Hey Adam, thank you sir for all the tips and secrets , I appreciate your willingness to share these secrets, I am almost 70 years old, I made my first attempt to make a silver coin ring at age 8 or there about with a spoon and silver coin while at school, which was promptly stopped by the teachers as being an ILLEGAL action by us criminals, do that stopped it in its tracks So now at nearly 70 years of age, I'm back to starting my life of criminal activity in coin ring making Lol I will be absorbing all the information you put on YouTube Thank you Sir again for the information I will certainly put it to use God bless you

I purchased a coin ring with my wife's birth year on it years ago, and I remember it being made in front of me in a few minutes I remember steel bearings being forced through the hole, progressively larger The RI g did not have the cone shape to it Just thought I'd chime in

As far as what you are tslking about in regards to keeping the ring size smaller, I am going to try using a smaller hole to start with and use a swaging punch to start things off before making the jump to the ring mandrel I have a swaging punch like the one in this link: productskleintoolscom/66400html

I wouldn't mind making a set of rings from my birth year, from the canadian coins penny, nickel for index and ring finger, Dime for pinkie (as it's the smallest) and quarter for the middle, and loonie for the the thumb Or are dimes to small to use?
