I did this and got a text from EE to say to end my contract would cost £0 I switched to Vodafone over a year ago from EE because I moved house and the EE signal was rubbish 🤔

I pay only £10pm (no contract) compared to my old EE £27pm (2 year contract) for the same package, the difference, giffgaff pays me back every six months with real money for my continued loyalty Effectively paying me for using their services 👍

i had a sim only contract with Three and boy it was horrible there 4g is terrible there customer support is some how even worse i was paying i think £8 a month for 6gb of data which is all i need but when my contract as up they wanted to up charge me i think like £15 or £20 for 10gb which i was telling them i dont need and i have found a better offer not only would they not budge but they were rude and ignorant when i told them i want my pac code to change provider they still kept sending me bills through the post for a contract i was no longer in thankfully i didnt have to pay it, i will never go with three again

My son was paying vodafone £45 a month for a sim only, with unlimited data He switched to Asda, who use the Vodafone network and is only paying £20 a month Not only that, his mobile signal is a lot better now, even though he was paying more than double to vodafone

I got into a 2 year contract which was a good deal at the time Now prices have dropped & the amount of data increased: I have 10GB but only use 5GB a month Most plans now come with unlimited minutes & texts

Thank goodness I’m out of a contract and am now with UW They piggyback on the EE network, but still allow roaming in Europe at no extra cost I get a great package by including my energy, broadband, phone and house insurance The customer service is UK based and second to none!

That's something I didn't know, about the text info service But people should also be charging their My Network app, like My 3, My Vodafone etc not just for end of contract but for many other things about their plan and costsbrMaybe you could give people a reminder on that brWhen one is near the end of a contract, Three for example do send out letter text and email [from previous experience] so the MNOs also help

When piggybacking you don't get network priority I tried Plusnet for a week because they were EE In work I had no signal, other people with same phone on EE had a good signal Went with EE direct on a sim deal & hey presto a good signal
