Last 10 years we've enjoyed a 2 mortgage rate At one point only paying around £210 per month (interest only)brbrAs soon as the Mortgage rates started to increase, instead of upgrading to a much bigger house, we paid off our Mortgage in totalbrbrLucky we were already on the property ladder, not being greedy helped us as well
