I dont know if this is a good demo Look up how proteins are meant to dissolve in water I think protein is meant to not be easily soluble cuz our protein in our bodies is surrounded by water it shouldn’t just dissolve obviously thats a different scale But if you look it up, maybe it should be hard to dissolve in water meaning the expensive one is actual protein, the inexpensive one is other stuff

Cheaper proteins that cost 30-40 usd per 5lbs is usually spiked with amino acids to replace the protein count, so if the package says 25g of protein its possible that its been spiked with amino acids causing it to go down to 56g of actual protein, so eating eggs became better 😅
