Strat all day I do love the sound of a tele but I have to love the look to buy one and the tele headstock just looks like a flaccid half hard "member" So unattractive I believe there was a John 5 tele that had an amazing headstock and I've always wanted it

Tele just sounds warmer to me in multiple ways like better balance of low and high end 🤷‍♂️ the bridge pickup on Strat is real quacky sounding like it almost distorts or chokes? I have a Strat but have been wanting a Tele as I feel they are very versatile as well and the tone knob makes so much difference

The Fender Strat & Tele are the two best guitars on the market for blues & Rock sound that I prefer Very different guitars but both have such a beautiful look and tone and if paired with a nice tweed Blues Jr they come close to perfection I’m 52 and I have owned and played just about ALL the different guitar brands For me of coarse just “MY” opinion Both these guitars are in a class of their own#Fender🎸❤️

If Fender made a strat with a flatter neck radius I might be interested, but every one I look at looks like a 9" or 10" radius, and I just can't stand playing on them That being said, the lower the radius, the better the frets and setup need to be for it to play like something you want to hear twicebrRegarding strats and tremsif it's not double locking what's the point really? Fighting with an instrument to keep it in tune has never a pursuit I wanted to follow I have an older Yamaha RGX620DZ that I tune once a week, whether it needs it or not, and that's my daily driver They are so underrated it isn't funnybrbrbrYou guys do nothing wrong and everything right Best guitar watch online

For me, the strat is the one that takes on your personality and nuances and becomes a part of you; the tele is a great allrounder that can do anything, I have both and they’re both indispensable, but the strat is the one you get close to

TELECASTER - It has a quick snap/spank to it, like plate reverb It's barks like a dog on business Distorted, the bridge pickup is like a cold drink of milk & needles (in an amazing way) If your intent is to play Rock, Country or any sort of genre in which the guitar is core it's the better choicebrbrSTRATOCASTER - Has a sweet bellowing chime to it, like pleasing utterances of gorgeous woman under breath It's attack is a little slower/ rounded, and can squeal like a pig or be as sultry as Dawn Robinson draped across a jazz piano I'd recommend it for, R&B, Funk, Jazz, Rock/ALT or any genre that requires the guitar to be subtly blended, adding tonal colorbrbrThat's my take on it 🙂

A lot of people don’t know this, but if you want your Strat bridge to sound like a Tele bridge all you have to do is roll the bridge tone knob down to about 75-8brIf you do that and combine it with 7 way wiring that allows you to add neck in to positions 1&2 you get sort of tele on steroids tone But they both sound neutered compared to a proper Firebird lol
