I bought a half ounce gold eagle from a company for under spot did not test it took it to two other coin shops get it tested 2 times on two different machines in two different coin experts turned out to be real

Tungsten is fairly cheap about $3 per pound, $20 per troy ounce, so MUCH less than gold I am surprized they could stamp the tungsten so well

Now if I go to sell and it is an encapsulated coin, is the buyer going to have to break into the holders to test them Can I demand that you break it you buy it if it proves to be gold Some of the encapsulated coins are supposed to be of greater than spot value
