8:07 It can be difficult to "just gas yourself up and believe" I find it easier to keep moving forward when I remind myself of my 'why' And also keeping it at top of mind that others may not have the same dreams and experiences as you Your advisor's or your professor's perspective will differ from yours because your lived experiences will differ vastly Lastly, keeping your dreams and goals alive is hard when you are in the thick of the work it takes to realize them Journaling before bed or upon waking can be an excellent way to keep on track and make it easier to gas yourself up when you need that self-pep talk Comment from : @Karamoonsage |
