As a former social worker in Poland, I’m glad to see that there are still people who find joy in their work in this field As you mentioned, facing clients during the darkest moments of their lives is incredibly tough, and most people wouldn’t believe the things I’ve seen or heard I also think the bureaucracy is suffocating the profession After a few years, I was completely burned out and had to change my career path brDespite my personal experiences and the fact that the video was uploaded a year ago, I hope you’re still enjoying your job!
