I’m doing a research project for a senior year project and social work has always spoke to me, and this video really helped me feeling like I made the right decision, it’s because of a social worker my mom was able to regain custody after a situation she wasn’t even apart of it was my fathers fault and she wasn’t dragged into it I truly feel like this field makes a huge difference and I’ve always felt like I am the kind to help others and my mom thinks so too❤

As a former social worker in Poland, I’m glad to see that there are still people who find joy in their work in this field As you mentioned, facing clients during the darkest moments of their lives is incredibly tough, and most people wouldn’t believe the things I’ve seen or heard I also think the bureaucracy is suffocating the profession After a few years, I was completely burned out and had to change my career path brDespite my personal experiences and the fact that the video was uploaded a year ago, I hope you’re still enjoying your job!

I got so hyped when you mentioned our little state of Delaware 😂 I still live here, I worked for social services a few years ago I now work for a community college in PA doing something differentI’m trying to decide whether to get into medical coding and billing since the college I work for pays for my schooling but I feel there is no soul it just pushing paper to get the hospital revenue 😊

I'm a first year Criminal Justice major but i've had a change of interest and am very lost in what I want to do but I've been thinking about social work I don't know if I have what it takes or if it's fit for me but I've always been passionate about specifically social work in helping kids in foster care Your video has helped me a lot to get an idea of what it's like I just want to make a difference and help people and show the love of Christ through my actions

Hey girl im currently in a stuck era I have been wanting to do social work for suck a long time I graduated with a bachelors in “Sociology Law and Society” with a Minor in communication studies I wasnt able to get into the BA program therefore my goal was (MSW) I’ve come so far and now I’m at the edge of wanting to move into a whole different career such as (marketing) I always end up here;thinking about social work again though I do get a little discouraged due to not have a (SW) bachelors Though this video helped me a lot and allowed me to see the insight of what I never got too I’m debating my choice still but having such a hard time due to wanting to apply for my masters for next fall But thank you for a helpful Vlog I’m definitely really going to invest my time with the choice I make!
