If you're a business major or a theatre major i'ts absolutely worth it! Add in scholarships and financial aid DePaul has the third best business school in all of Chicago right behind the two best business schools in the entire country respectively with NU and UC

I go to DePaul too & I think of Lincoln Park as the suburbs too even though it's not haha its just way quieter compared to the loop
