This dude doesn't really know how to counterfeit He said he would just print the strip on there but how To really do it u pull the strip out of a real 100 put it on your paper your going to print the bill on and make a copy along with drawing the face u see in the bill when u hold it up to the light That's your template and you don't put the paper together with tape ,you use liquid glue And when the state charges you with this it's called possession of a forged government instrument I've been charged with it twice
