I will just add:brAnother benefit of Learning new languages can improve communication and articulation in speaking Every language in each country is different in phonation We have sounds used in other countries, which may not be in our alphabet Your tongue will be exposed to different sounds There are some people "for example, speaking french with an english accent, or speaking Spanish or Filipino with out roling their r sound, It is good practice and exercise for the muscles involve in verbal communication such as your lips, jaw, and tongue Also, you will not have a hard time talking to foreign people
