I am reading that sga can be averaged each month I am careful not to go over sga, but if they average it I may go over?

Very informative video! What if someone on SSDI past the 36 months wants to work part-time under the SGA limit? I believe it's $1620 for 2025 If someone makes close to that amount, say $1600 Will this automatically cause a CDR investigation? How often do they conduct this? Some people say try no to earn anything because their is a risk of losing all your benefits?

So, if I start work on SSDI and make 1600 a month gross for 9 months that's a twp? If I still gross 1600 a month after the twp how long can I work under the SGA limit before losing my benefits? If i keep it at 1600 a month can I work as long as I want without losing the ssdi benefit or does that still count as a 3 year working years limit?

They have a ticket to work program that allows you to try out employment without effecting your benefits

Y’all have to think about this Do any of you really think that SS will just let you get away with working for a few years without cutting your benefits off? That was a trap That’s what they thrive on The longer you have been working no matter how below you should be with SGI, they will get you! So many people now owing money back to SS due to working So that means you weren’t as disabled as you originally claimed to be! Wake up people!

If people still wanted to work, they never should have applied for SSDI That just shows SS that you aren’t as disabled as you originally claimed
