I appreciate your insight on these RDs I primarily use them for hunting in a 2 or 3 MOA configuration, but have been disappointed in general with their low light capabilities Including an Ultradot Gen 2 (which is not a budget model) and I find is a very good RD in most applications with that exception I had very good luck with the 1st generation of Bushnell RDs (some still in service), but the TRS-25 has been dismally disappointing I purchased 4 in 2021, owing to my prior experience & have regretted it ever since Advertised as “shock” proof, 3 of the 4 have failed when mounted on various 44 magnums with standard velocity loads…plus another 2 warranty exchanges Consequently, I’m pulling all of them off anything with more recoil than a 38 Special I couldn’t help but notice that the SIG & Holosun models faired well in virtually every category, but didn’t make the cut for you…surprised me a bit Thanks, again!

The MSR is quite difficult to beat in its price range If you look reeeeally hard, you can find Sig Romeo 7 or 7s for 150ish on sale/rebate I got my 7s for 159 last black Friday sale
