I detest laptop track pads In my experience, they are balmost/b universally awful I just use a mouse if feasible The one exception was a Chromebook I had a few years ago which had a brilliant track pad and I pretty much never used my mouse with itbrbrWhat I’m saying is that track pads wouldn’t be a consideration for me as I expect them to be terrible and I would use a mouse anyway! I have a Pink HP 14, just bought on sale at Walmart yesterday, and it's kinda been a learning curve I tried the model out in the store and love the feel of the keys and that it has the two click buttons on the mouse pad area I bought a Logitech mouse for it, because I'm used to either using a phone, tablet, or an older desktop (I took computers in High School and only worked with Mac OS 7- OS X and Windows 98 to Windows 7-8 I used computers ever since I was a kid in Prekindergarten) Comment from : @blueblousedesigns |

TechGearTalk You did not address the most important reason!! I own a Macbook pro Nov 2021 14in' and it has been to apple repair 4 times!! ‼ Most important : "Repair rate / reliability " is fist!!💣 Three times this year, and once was twice in the same week! I had to send my macbook in Never dropped It is like buying a lemon! Granted I have applecare But that expires in 5 months So I will be stuck with lemon!!! Comment from : @kyrareneeLOA |

These were plenty of very valid points, thanks but do you have a time machine, creatin the video in 2022 and naming it "2024 Buying guide" ?brOr do you have a script the renames it every year automatically?brBut to your excuse, the things you mentioned are valid and generic, not matter which year it is👍 Comment from : @n1vca |

Don't forget cooling There is a lot of garbage out there that tries to sell an i7 / Ryzen 7 and graphics card with one or two dinky little heat pipes with one small fan One criminal example (While not an i7), is the Asus Vivobook w/ i5 or Ryzen 5 CPU Some models have ok cooling while others have a single dinky heat pipe with a single small fan blowing over the CPU and heat pipe Not even a heat pipe drawing heat from CPU close to outtake vent and fan blowing to outtake Pure hot garbage On top of that, be very weary of other characteristics like play of the chassis, hinge design and insufficient cooling for a GPU and CPU that is either above what the cooling can handle in general or could normally handle if not for overclocking too high causing throttling or an early death (looking at you ACER NITRO!) Do your research and it will pay off Also, be very careful what you buy at your local retail (Ex: Target and Walmart, not talking about micro center) I've been looking at my local retail stores and they have had hot garbage with rare diamonds in the rough Comment from : @thecaffee1065 |

GUYS LISTEN TO THIS PLEASE I know it seems stupid to say “DUHHHH ur overpaying” but seriously I bought an M2 pro macbook pro for $2000 because of the ports combined with the better screen, specs and “if i upgraded to 512Gb and 16Gb of ram on the air it would cost almost the same” i have never used the ports or anything that i payed extra for Comment from : @jackfein8914 |
Great Job! 👏 Keep it up! Comment from : @1Phonetip |
First thing I look at are number of ports, the more ports the better for my needs, if the internal tech specs are similar in a choice, the number of ports always wins for me Comment from : @johnearthheart4614 |

It's so fortuitous that I came across your video while searching how to connect dual screens for to a laptop So here's my question for you: Which laptop would you recommend for someone who day trades and wants to run dual screens with the laptop? The thing is, I’m like the only one who really gets into trying out the keyboard, toggling stuff and lifting it up(the laptop is secured, locked, so it’s not like anyone can bolt out of the store with it), and the salesperson is always always staring at me When I don’t do it, I don’t get stares And when I stared at, I feel like I’m doing something wrong lol Comment from : @staralways5 |

A few years ago I got a surface book 3 I thought the detaching thing was revolutionary, and it made me think it was the best laptop I hardly ever use that functionality, and because of that, I have a 4 core cpu that doesn't have a fan with a base clock speed of 13 that throttles down to 07 ghz all the time, making it almost unusable Comment from : @zachzuk3107 |
