Several years ago I was sick of always being overdrawn, always broke, and living paycheck to paycheck I decided to do something about it so I hired a bill paying service Within a few months I had a few thousand in savings I was given 210 a week to live on, but until recently I was still struggling to live on that and was still having to dip into my savings So I decided to start changing that too Now I buy groceries, and stopped DoorDash and now I even have money built up from my weekly allowance It’s crazy how much you can save if you really get in the right mindset

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment I always tell myself you don't need that new maserati or that vocation just yet that mindset helped me make more investing for example last year I invested 80k in stock, forex/crypto and made about $245k guess what? It’s amazing how many people are upper middle class and paycheck to paycheck with nothing in savings Cause they make a lot of money they think that means they need news cars with $500 a month payments and a house with a $2000 mortgage and this and that When you get money , it doesn’t mean buy and spend whatever , it means be careful with your money that you now how so you always have security and never have to want or be stressed againA lot of these people came from middle class upbringings as well and were never poor Because when you’re poor and get money , you never wanna lose it and you’re frugal with your spending Rich people aren’t just rich because they make a lot of money , you’d be surprised at how frugal and careful with their spending a lot of rich people are

Cash envelopes I used to do that I tell myself I will do it again if necessary as it worked I never eat out-can’t afford it BUT I bet I can save a good $100 that I have been giving to the grocery store I did a budget on Excel and entered every receipt and category I was shocked at how much I spent at the grocery store I could eat beans, rice and potatoes for a year to get this car paid off
