Thanks for sharing Does your agency provide raises? I never considered agency work as a full time position because I desire raises, better benefits package (pension/healthcare) However, your video was very insightful and opened my mind because I always was told that certain insurances (medicaid) only pay nurses smaller amounts I currently work home health prn on the weekends just as an extra source of income
