I noticed somthint about this show It uses extremely quick cut scenes Back and forth every few seconds Its a tactic to make a show addicting I think it is shameful to use this method in a show about jesus By watching this show you are actually causing damage to your mind They use the same tactic in childrens brain rot shows like coco mellon You should all he ashamed of your selves

Maybe just maybe Judas represents that ego that wants what it wants without any discernment of knowing whether it's good or not That ego often betrays that voice that guides us because it's not easy to follow and initially doesn't makes much sense

Jesus set Judas up that Judas would betray him because Christ realised that Judas was in thrall to temporal power, eventually Judas realised after Z Christ died on the cross that he, Judas, had made a very big mistake regarding his perception of Christ which is why he killed himself Judas was so distraught about his betrayal of Christ he did not realise that Jesus would forgive him

Watching The Chosen made me realize that everyone could make the same mistakes that Judas didbrHe left everything, worked hard day by day alongside Jesus and the apostoles but didn't understand the message fully He was just a kid like each one of us 2024 years after and we don't understand the whole message, but we still learning and work hard day by day just like Judas

The Chosen series is the most compelling narrative of the apostles, likely ever While each character is fascinating, Judas will remain the greatest mystery It will always be remarkably difficult to "get this right" - or even plausible Yet, the writers have done an amazing job of setting conditions within the story and within Judas' story arch that already make the character of Judas, and his inevitable betrayal of Jesus believable I watch heartbroken for Judas

This and that series the Bible that was on Netflix got me into the story of the gospel learned so much more about my own spirituality I also had a spiritual experience after a very hard week of sin and debauchery , I spoke to a person I had it in like 15 years from an old job , he’s a pastor now and he sent me about $100 worth of Christian literature, including a Bible that had like footnotes and what you can learn from it , that explains all the stories crying I was laying in my room, crying, thinking it was time for me to make a change , and I look over at the books on my desk, and the only light piercing through the room is shining on them I swear I can’t make this up 🙏 Jesus is king

I think Judas was the wisest disciple He figured out that Jebus was a jobless cult leader who asked everyone to quit their jobs and give away all their possessions because the end was near (Kingdom of God) Today, such a cult leader would rightly be considered a loony toon, and Judas was 2000 years ahead of his time
