I lost my SoFi debit card and after ordering a new card, they said it would be 5-7 business days Still, after two months, haven’t received my card Even after they said they would expedite another one I travel for work and use my physical card at hotel as it’s required for most, so it was a pain having to deal with that Thankfully, I didn’t wait for the card to arrive, I just went with another bank And my card still hasn’t arrived and they never even replied to my messages or return my calls to keep me updated I loved the app, but I prefer better customer service Hopefully, it’s just me and no one deals with the same issue

So I’ve been using sofi for a year now and sofi is good but not good with customers service at all if fraudulent activity happen u will not get credit or your money back I’ve been dealing with this for 3 months and still haven’t receive my money back and they give me the run around all the time 😢 So I don’t recommend to anyone if someone take ur card and you report a claim so overall this company is a 6 outta 10 bank That my honest opinion

This is great information about the current rates and offerings of online banking! I would like to put out a warning (not to scare people, but to be aware) that working with a fintech like Wealthfront is not the same as a bank They, or their agents, sweep your money into a partner bank What can happen is that if that money is not FDIC insured during transit or if the end bank does not keep their own ledgers you could lose everything This happened to me and thousands of other "end users" of Yotta and Juno I personally lost over $11K because of this I'm not saying all fintechs are inherently unsafe but the potential is there Personally, I will only work with actually banks, online or brick and mortar, in the future
