Just a few days ago I picked up the Cabelas AR scope 1-4x24 w/ aluminated red/green etched reticle for $14999 and it comes with a decent cantilever mount It's a very nice LPVO scope Very clear glass and very well built overall I have to say, I think it beats all 4 scopes you reviewed here You should check it out I am very impressed so far with it

I have three sniper scopes from Texas Precision Optics These are not bad scopes I like them and i do have much more expensive scopes that i own They give you a ton of optic for the money So far so good and they have a lifetime warranty No one talks about these and they are not bad at all

If you're looking at a LPVO in the $150 range, you should look at the Firefield Rapid strike 1-6x24 It has an illuminated BDC reticle and is calibrated for 55 grain 556/223 ive saw a lot of good reviews on it, it also comes with a red dot that you can mout on top of it if you choose I'm paying one off thats on layaway right now

Dan, I bought the TruGlo as soon as I saw this video 3 years ago, and I came back to say thanks for the review It's been a fantastic optic to learn on and use for 10k plus rounds, and it's still going strong I may get fancy someday and buy a Razor, but this thing will always be mounted on something around here Thanks for the great content!

I don't have that many to compare, but I bought an Athlon BTR 1-4 and I just returned it because the eye relieve of the vortex crossfire was huge (at 1x was like 7 inches before the sight begins to "shrink") closest thing to a red dot that I could ever find The Leopold looks interesting but no real 1x is a deal killer for me

i have the leupold vx fredom 15-4 x 20 and let me tell you the glass is top quality crystal clear and worth every penny its mounted to the Leupold Mark AR 1-Piece Picatinny-Style Scope Mount with Integral Rings for abour $85 and its an excellent fit and hasnt had to be adjusted or tightened the only problem with the mount is height for mounting buis the mount was too low and the scope eyepiece was bumping the buis so i had to add 45 degree offset troy buis ahead of the scope due to them interfering with the optic upon deployment my suggestion or best advice when buying this stuff is its better to wait and save up to get the better quality items if you intend on protecting yourself or loved ones however there are decent cheaper options out there that are tried and tested so do your homework and youll be g2g

Since you are looking at budget scopes, I'd love to see you compare all of these, to say a Tacticon Falcon V2 1x4, and say, a Feyachi, and maybe a Monstrum All of those have similar LVPO scopes in the $100 to $150 range, or maybe even a little lower Having owned (and loved) an older Leopold 15 to 5 Variable, and being recently very cash poor, I popped for the Tacticon V2 Illuminated, 2nd focal plane variable with included mount, for $9900, and it gets great reviews on Amazon ( For whatever that's worth) brbrIt's NOT a Leopold, but it ain't all that bad, and for the cost, it's a screaming deal Tacticon had the same scope for $13900, but I went with Amazon at $99 brbrHowever, having had a fairly decent LVPO in the past, and seeing your reviews, I'm really curious as to how these (generally) around $100 to $150 scopes would compare to the ones you just tested brbrI'm assuming that none of the ones I suggested were in the group you cut from the review as being airsoft losers, but I'd also be interested in knowing if they were! brbrThis Tacticon V2 I just got is pretty good for $100, and time will tell if it will last, if it does I'll put it on my 22 LR, if not I'll pull it off my 762x39 AR and send it back to Tacticon, they SAY it has a lifetime warranty! I need a good yet inexpensive scope for my AR-15 762x39 I hunt 100 yards or less and normally around 60-70 yards I need a scope that isn't long as heck that will allow me to zoom in on my target and will hold what recoil the rifle has and will not lose zero
