The loans portion is only partially true Poverty takes out a loan because they can't afford it up front, so need to pay it in increments with interest Wealthy take out the same loans but only because they bcan/b afford it but don't want to spend their own money - but know the collateral assets they put up are enough to cover paying the loan off through residuals and so they do this to avoid income taxes (since there are no incomes) and debt is not taxablebrbrThe real difference here is for what reason poor vs wealthy take out the loan
