Hmm as some born in 1991 I thought I belonged to the millennial generation and not gen z The only thing that was applicable to me was liking StarBucks I am not very entrepreneurial but more investment savvy than the average person Never knew why people around my age group spend a ton of money on shoes since that’s usually the first article of clothing that gets worn out and damaged I do not own a car and don’t like driving since I work from home most of the time and use public transportation when going into the office and other shops along the way to and from work

Effective money management is needed if we want to build a strong financial future tomorrow, I started out with 20k 3 years ago investing I did two duplexes with seller financing Fast forward to now I am worth 500k and currently finishing my 8 unit apartment building I am 28 and already planning on retiring from the rat race Real estate and stock investing works if you are willing to put the hard work in No one would loan me money and still wont to this day I am working on fixing my past credit history I still made it without the banks

I thought that the general definition of 'Generation Z' is someone born from mid-to-late 1990s as starting birth years and the early 2010s as ending birth years But I guess all these generations are a bit vague in their definitions

Although its been argued upon many times, the commonly accepted year when Gen Y ended is 1996 (essentially those who were old enough to remember 9/11 when it happened, at the youngest age of about 5 years old) Gen Z is the generation born in 1997 and onwards Please stop grouping early and mid 90s kids together with a generation whose childhood solely revolved around technology
