The rich invest and start business , and teach there kids what they are doing People that do business like investing in real estate, or other business they teach there kids how to invest I believe in giving my kids experience they will remember those experiences long after I am gone Money just gives you options I teach them this Just saving your money in the bank won’t make you rich , you need to invest that money in different passive streams Most millionaires shop at Costco and look for deals there nothing wrong with that That’s smart Nothing wrong with having nice things either Just be smart about it When people say money is not everything try having NO money that’s not good either, I would rather have money and have a peace of mind god forbid if my car breaks down or I need to pay for a hospital bill I won’t think twice handing that money over when buying that car or when I need medical care Or just want to go on vacation and won’t blink an eye if it cost me more …

I know some rich children who think money is just a toy and that it is infinite Not all rich kids know what it takes to be rich, I think that is a problem that some rich families have to face I believe it is important to control your kid's spending and help them understand what finances and money are, most although not all rich parents do this Someone who will become rich and someone who will stay poor is more of a mental thing than a luck, although luck can help in some cases I bet those children of wealthy families will be bankrupt by the next 20 years, or by the next generation at least

Why buy a car that costs you $500 a month? Why not just save up money and buy whatever card you can pay cash for?brbrI realize there is an argument for having an offsetting asset with a higher rate of return than the interest on the car But there is some utility to not having to pay the payment, also If you pay cash for it, you may end up spending lessbrbrOf course now, with the supply chain crisis, used vehicles are not depreciating the way they used to
