When I see properties like this I am very careful because of the SCCASA scandal, selling cheap houses in East Legon and those who invested realized the company run out of money and could not deliver the homes So for the OYIBI plan that was showcased please I would say, unless it completed and move in ready do not invest in any off plan cheap home
