 I wasn’t a fan of Clayton homes because you’re really limited on upgrades you can do They literally only give you 1 or 2 options for everything, didn’t like it at all The prices are great but not worth it to me

 this is a modular home there is a different in the two and they hold up nicely depending on certain weather conditions if you have tornados i would not go for this unless you build a basement or if you are not in a flood zone 😊🎉

 I just bought a home last week I spent all cash and saved for a long time I paid 128,000 for a 4 bedroom house with land I can't imagine spending that for a single wide or double wide trailer Trailers are not sturdy and the walls aren't strong I definitely could not spend that on a mobile home A mobile home should not cost no more than 65,000and that's pushing it
