After a shoulder trauma I have gained some belly because I could not train 4 months of pain I always train at home But after recovery I found that I don't want to go back in shape, I used to just lay down and eat snacks Well, I got a big stick for myself A month ago I went to the gym, bought a 6 months unlimited membership and paid for individual trainerbrAfter that, no wonder I didn't even had a thought to pass a single training day brI mean, sometimes burning bridges after yourself works wonders When there is no way to step back, you go forward
