The Canon EOS 70D is also a great camera, got it for 200€ last week and I'm very happy with it Found a Sigma 18-200mm II DC OS for just 40€ online and with this lens, it's a pretty decent camera :)

It's worth pointing out that the EF mount can adapt most vintage (D)SLR lenses I think only the FD and M mount have a shorter flange distance and cannot be adapted I purchased my 5D Mark II specifically for this reason and at $165 that I spent, it was at least $350 less than the cheapest full frame mirrorless options

In the 300-350$ range,i would easely put a Lumix G85 or Gx80Smaler Sensor but 4k30 Video,does not overheat,excelente Image stabe,articulating Display,huge variety of Lenses,

On a tight budget the Canon 1300D is a great entry level camera With 500 dollars you can probably get a 50mm F14 prime lens and a modest zoom as well

Last month hiking at sunset I've encountered a Great Horned Owl, an Eagle, and a Great Blue Heron all bathed in sunset light By the time I fumbled my phone from my pocket, performed the bio unlock, activated the camera app, and got some shots off, the moment was over If I had a DSLR at the ready on my chest harness strap, all would have been easy and amazing shots Thanks for this video, I want a nice beater DSLR for these shots I've been missing

If you’re getting the a6000 (released in 2014) your phone is probably better than this if your phone was released within the last 5 years, just get the a6100 (released in 2019, 5 years newer than a6000) because it has 4k video @24fpsbrbrIt’s worth spending the extra money to get the a6100 4k is the standard now for any camera might as well get a camera that keeps up with the next 5 years of 4k display than one that doesn’t

Old mirrorless cameras are often not worth it, because the AVF is garbage compared to an actual viewfinder and they drain batteries very quickly compared to a DSLRbrDSLR's are better used than mirrorless, IMObrAt least if you care about classic photographyIf you want to make content instead of art, I dunno

Don't mess around with Magic Lantern unless you really know your computer stuff It's not as easy as modding a video gamebrIt will also void any warranty, so play with it with an old body you don't care about anymore It can even brick a camera

Great Video but the fact that the Lumix G7 wasn't even an honorable mention makes me sad as a Lumix shooter lol its mirrorless, Interchangeable lens on M43 mount, takes fantastic photo's and does honestly spectacular 4k video at 30fps and 1080 at 60 all that you can get for under 300 US Definitely missing from this list IMO

Glass is more important than the camera body brQuite a few tests run with consumer bodies and proglass along with a KIT lens on the most expensive body guess which performed best? brPRO-GLASS wins everytime I have a number of Canon L lenses, they are my go to every time, razor sharp and snap to focus immediately
