7-26-2022 I am so happy as of today I upgraded to a Canon 5D Mark iii from a Canon 5D Mark ii I mainly shoot still life (flowers n foliage) I'm making payments to buy the 5D Mark iii for $700 used I'm upgrading from the 5D Mark ii The auto focus on the 5D Mark iii is superior the 5D Mark ii I mainly shoot still life as a hobby I find it easier to shoot a photo in manual mode on the 5D Mark iii than the Mark ii I previously used my 5D Mark ii for a few years I bought my 5D Mark ii used a few years ago I loved my 5D Mark ii but I love even more the 5D Mark iii I can finally use an SD card on my iMac and the 5D Mark iii with out a card reader I've only had my 5D Mark iii a few days as of writing this comment I took the 5D Mark iii to a flight museum and had a blast or fun photographing all the planes I've photographed flowers and foliage with my 5D Mark iii in these past few days I've used a 24-105mm lens, 100mm lens, 50mm lens, and 75-300mm lens on my 5D Mark iii in these past few days

In your reviews you promoted us to get the mark 2 as a more affordable alternative, and we know you used them often, yet you have not done a tutorial for it My first dive into a full frame and so many of the menu options do not equate to my T6 I would love to know more

This was a great video except for one thing DO NOT USE AUTO ISO as Tony suggested Even if you're not that confident with adjusting ISOs on the fly, please for the love of god just make sure you maximum limit ISO is under 1000 Otherwise, the camera would want to use ISO 6400 at the most ridiculous well-lit settings and make your photos all noisy

When you discussed exposure compensation using live view, I think you were using the 7DII to demonstrate I tried to do the same thing using my 5DIII, but it didn't work Is this a feature difference between the two models?

I bought the camera when released but discovered this video yesterday At 9:50 (Manual mode) you talk about the marker at the bottom of the display I have never had that display in Manual mode It's there i the different program modes though and it is there in manual mode in my older 7D From what I have found that exposure display have been removed by Canon i manual mode on the Mark II It is just the vertical meter to the right we can use How did you make the bottom exposure display visible in manual mode? There are a lot of 7D Mark II owners that would like to know :-)
