 PL is defined strictly by length and consistency of mirrors It’s a misnomer to think cameo contrast is a factor for PL designation brCameo contrast are obviously preferable but there’s a boatload of coins, Morgan’s obviously in particular, without the contrast that are PL designated brBtw the word you were searching for is satiny vs prooflike luster br10-4
