I cant keep a job for more than like 3 months, most positions are out of my qualifications or are just positions i can't keep due to schedule, environment or type of work, I wanna apply for SSI but Im not even sure If I qualify for that

I basically would get diagnosed as schizophrenic by psychiatrists so I applied for SSDI and said I was having problems to the doctor and hands down got the schizophrenia diagnosis and never took the medicine 💊 but easily received social security and rental assistance food stamps (actually a card) I sell stuff on Craigslist ebay and rental income for sharing my apartment with a friend I met at a support meeting and after trying to get SSDI for years and years with just the autism diagnosis but I suffered for decades working , had many fights with coworkers

Isn’t it true, though, that if an individual is diagnosed with “marked deficits” in 2 areas (level 2 autism), they meet the Blue Book definition and therefore do not have to prove that they are incapable of performing any job?

I can keep a job, I just hate working I'm seriously considering applying for disability, but I wonder if I really need it or what

Nope no help for those of us on the spectrum but the nggers from haiti get every handout and possible program available They get so much government assistance they can afford a brand new lexus and rear end me with it driving with no insurance and they get no repercussions and i STILL dont get any assistance with a broken back Get mad but its the truth

I can do w9rk when given proper coping mechanisms But I cant make an employer give me those or hire me while knowing I need them I cant force society to allow me to participate even if I have the mechanical ability What can I do? I have been trying to eight years to be given the tools to make people allow me to work As soon as I say anything about "btw, Im autistic" i dont grt any further interaction But if I dont twll people and react weird I am at risk of violence trying to "make me normal" Like, I just want to cook and feed folks and raise my daughter I dont know how to advocate for myself without getting in my own way Its frustrating and dehumanizing
