Hi Ari, Thanks for making the video per my request! Your videos are always great and very informative I do wonder however, why neither you nor James includes your fee in the expenses for case studies or client studies 5-1 per year is a significant expense on a larger portfolio In fact it can be higher than healthcare or the vacation fund It could even be a clients most signifiant expense I do understand there are significant benefits to the services you provide and a fee is certainly warranted, but why is it never included in the case studies? Thanks so much!
