Reality check RM11000/month (inflation adjusted) during retirement may not be sufficient in future Also note that EPF may not continue giving 6 growth Unfortunately inflation also may escalate beyond 3 Basicly, think of a larger buffer to be safe Agree the spreadsheet gives good guidance

Hi Swan i really enjoy your videos & have learned a lot thanks so much for sharing My query is when i keyed in the retirement age at 58, the amount shown under "investment required" is even lower than the amount shown when i keyed in the retirement age at 60 with all other variables remain constant Shouldn't it be the other way round?

If age 65 retire how much do i need when i reached 100years old to 110years old in puchong 35working years will be salary 1200 ringgit per month or 1500 ringgit per month working as aeon mall special needs learning disabilities OKU different abilities and capabilities and more so rm3000 prs for affin hwang once saved 22 23 24 years old i saved rm3000 per year so plus 35years working years save about 9million ringgit to retire now age between 29/30 so help me out with my epf 11percent for 35years is it enough with 3000 per annually or per year lee sheng jie isaac malaysian chinese christian with asperger spectrum disorder

Nice spreadsheet & good advice The spreadsheet can be improved a bit:br1 maybe the "Age" a column D can be linked to the Current Age right now it is fixed at 29 The rest of the number can be adjusted by formulabr2 the first 4 rows (yellow cells) will calculate for the green cells the next 4 cells calculates the savings tables Initially, I though all 8 cells are linked by formula maybe they can be separated (maybe just me)brbranyway, good sharing keep it up
