Yes! More videos like these so that people are not interested in collecting retro games and lower the prices! 🙌🏻
Comment from : @Obie787

@micahkiker3041
The hard part for me about selling them is I fear If I sell them now 20 years from now hearing about those games selling for boat loads and regretting it
Comment from : @micahkiker3041

@RayPruitt-ji9jx
Nothing wrong with selling them as long as you don't clickbait your viewers with fake sales results afterwards Just sayin'
Comment from : @RayPruitt-ji9jx

@RundbarkKonark
No

@year-around12345
I love Zelda ocarina of Time but every time I play it I just get this feeling I've been there done that and I just can't play it anymore it's not fun but I still enjoy sometimes watching other people play the game on YouTube
Comment from : @year-around12345

@TheCommentNinja81
"I love money ahahah" said all the bad persons
Comment from : @TheCommentNinja81

@MaximilianoAedo
I have plenty of PS3 games, most of them I have already finished many times over, ripe for selling
Comment from : @MaximilianoAedo

@ebola4life309
You should only sell off you're collection for the price you wantbrSell them off one by one, don't do joblots Ebay is you're best betbrWhatever you do don't sell off your collection to a scamming gameshop
Comment from : @ebola4life309

@TheY2AProblem
Since 2017/18, I have been selling a bunch of my games I've been doing in piecemeal I sold the SNES versions of Aladdin and Lion King because current generation of consoles had the Disney compilation release with Jungle Book I'm trading in 2 games for 1 If Nintendo announces a Power Rangers compilation or a Simpsons compilation or Quintet trilogy or, in an upcoming Direct at some point, that's like 11 games I'm selling in exchange for the 3 compilations
Comment from : @TheY2AProblem

@Viddy22
If you wanna sell, sell If you don't wanna sell, don't sell Gotcha
Comment from : @Viddy22

Comment from : @KI10

@zacharyhyman5087
I sold my entire collection and got xbox gamepass and emulation
Comment from : @zacharyhyman5087

@keithmichael112
Dude, the retro game market just crashed
Comment from : @keithmichael112

@Sabretooth-Biggavel
I'd never sell my collection, the whole point is to collect!brbrNow that big box stores will be transitioning to digital only, your collections will only gain in value brbrI just recently converted a guest room in my house to a game room, so glad I had a lot of games I got in the mid 2000s when prices were so lowbrbrI had majority ps2 games (black labels) , wii , n64, snes, ps1, ps3, ps4, switch brbrI got 8 systems hooked up to my 50 inch plasma, original hardware and controllers, and just putting up shelves now to make everything look nicebrbrMake it a project and it will be fun
Comment from : @Sabretooth-Biggavel

@gobotjones
Yes, but not anytime soon
Comment from : @gobotjones

@TheeMouldyZombie
Cleared mine out during the height of covid,cleared my debt,got a nice chunk for daughters uni,just emulate what I want to play now,don’t really play that much anymore so made sense
Comment from : @TheeMouldyZombie

@yapkfmichael6231
Collection is for those who got a hope Hoping that one day everyone sold their collections and those games became rare after a long long time Maybe your grand son will benefit from your collection by getting a high price in pawn shops or auctions Normally it won't benefit you much
Comment from : @yapkfmichael6231

@lowerclassbrats77
Absolutely brbrbrbrbr if you're totally ok with ongoing regretbrbrSold many things from my childhood CD's and games to survive It's a perpetual sore spot
Comment from : @lowerclassbrats77

@superbn0va
I love collecting ❤️ and gaming ❤️
Comment from : @superbn0va

@Matty_Ice3955
At least keep the NES Don't get rid of everything
Comment from : @Matty_Ice3955

@maytheforcebewithyou5923
For my I collect only what as you said I feel nostalgic, 3 first gen Gameboys,ps1 PS2, sega genesis I have like 5-6 games per console and that jt
Comment from : @maytheforcebewithyou5923

@SadVIad
People sre selling and im buying 😅
Comment from : @SadVIad

@ConsoleKev
Once I sold my retro stuff, I never looked back There's so many good games coming out to keep me busy When a title gets re-released I'll be like "oh I'll try that " or if a certain old title comes to mind, I'll emulate it Just from working at a game store in the area, I've learned most people are shelf collecting
Comment from : @ConsoleKev

@dullah1434
I have a small collection of retro games I like, love and grew up playing and I will never sell them ever! I can also emulate the games (which I do as well) so space isn’t really a problem Although, I’m selling off some games that I don’t care about anymore like my sonic games
Comment from : @dullah1434

@GamerAhmer
I’ll never sell! 😊
Comment from : @GamerAhmer

@roosetheroader
I only bought games I actually wanted so I appreciate my entire collection and never plan to let it go Most of it I would likely not see for sale again or would not want to spend what they are going for these days The time to back up the truck on retro games was years ago and am glad I did Beep! Beep! 🚚
Comment from : @roosetheroader

@ReinMixTape
I got into retro gaming to relive my childhood in the 90s Zero regrets with that or the purchases I've a family and we're building up fun memories around the stuff I own I'm not selling my growing collection, my kids can sell it or do with it what they want to when I'm dead
Comment from : @ReinMixTape

@LuisRivera-fd4ov
😅Actually he’s wrong !!! No one is getting out of the retro game collecting if anything its just becoming more popular to collect in years and it a growing trend
Comment from : @LuisRivera-fd4ov

@ALittleSnowFairySaga
Nope, I’m never selling my video games
Comment from : @ALittleSnowFairySaga

@GenXX1976
great video collecting is definitely not the most cost effective way of gaming For me, i don’t mind having digital for certain stuff and physical for others As for selling… don’t think I ever will Great video
Comment from : @GenXX1976

@fonjohn
Honestly it seems like right now, "you ain't cool unless you sell your collection" and get on board with everdrives, FPGA and emulation
Comment from : @fonjohn

@Slasher1294
Plus with switch i can play on tv but if i want to skip tv i can play one switch portably and save money on electricity
Comment from : @Slasher1294

@Slasher1294
I buy switch for the portability and buy single player offline games that dont require internet because i dont want to be the guy who has rely on greedy corporation to play my favorite games or television or movies
Comment from : @Slasher1294

@iTzYoHero
I don’t know how some of you feel about this, but I bought some fake copies of games that I truly love that mean a lot to me Buying a copy of Chrono Trigger for a high price is just not for me I only wanted the game to display in an acrylic case Started to go that route of purchasing fake games at cheap prices I’m perfectly fine with it as I know they are fake, but i only bought a couple Rest of my games I have begun to sell I’ll never replay them most likely and just taking up room Remember everything deteriorates over time
Comment from : @iTzYoHero

@ikesours6558
I'm an old dude that gradually went from NES to SNES to PS1 and took a loooong break from anything new after that I still hesitate to keep up with modern gaming because of everything being asked of consumers now and over the last couple generations with pay walls and all that My current set up is a Wii, DS, SNES classic and Genesis classic I feel like I have all I need for the rest of my life I'd much rather have those classic versions (with my necessary controller extensions) than having to shuffle games in and out of boxes due to space we just don't have
Comment from : @ikesours6558

@jonniefast
its ok to change your mind ❤
Comment from : @jonniefast

@Mchenrygames
for the right price I'd be willing to downsize, especially my PCE collection which I'm not playing as much as I did in the past
Comment from : @Mchenrygames

@animeworld5595
I dont own a huge game collection only game i am attached to because of memories i do own all nintendo and playstation consoles but between all consoles i have i have way less than 50games combine for all different consoles they all are games i have memories of and i dint think i will ever get rid of them organization is key oh and i also collect manga sitting with over 1500 k books
Comment from : @animeworld5595

@gman2015z
Material things are just things Our memories that we have cannot be replicated and we can't keep things forever Especially during these tough times, we just gotta let things go I don't have any kids so there's no point in keeping things put away that can be sold for value
Comment from : @gman2015z

@PaulGaleNetwork
Good points For everyone, collecting is going to be a little different
Comment from : @PaulGaleNetwork

@PASSION4GAMIN
I am going to keep my retro games collection Physical media is under great threat i really want to preserve my games It's what keeps me very happy personally 🎮
Comment from : @PASSION4GAMIN

@BlueSnakeShell
I thinned out my collection years ago I learned that I enjoy hunting for consoles and peripherals
Comment from : @BlueSnakeShell

@thebuzzing
I collect only what I am able to eventually play or get to But deals in new games make it harder for me to reach older games Granted my collection is not huge Roughly 500 games I’ll always keep the quality games and consider selling off those that I don’t care for as much
Comment from : @thebuzzing

@cdub0421
I am a 41 year old man and I will never sell my collection alot of my retro games I have memories of playing with my Dad and now I am making new ones with my kids and they all love the games so I am just handing them down to them plus I have a Chromebook that is just setup for emulation
Comment from : @cdub0421

@packlesswolf1
I have so little retro games I'm gonna keep em
Comment from : @packlesswolf1

@mikem3431
Yes
Comment from : @mikem3431

@jasontodd1896
Would never sell my collection Like ever Took a while to get these gamesbrbrEverything expensive now
Comment from : @jasontodd1896

@JayCuts
I noticed you didn’t mention your home arcade Did you sell your Arcade 1ups too?
Comment from : @JayCuts

@grantschubach5163
Emulation is the way to go
Comment from : @grantschubach5163

@graalcloud
I'm never selling
Comment from : @graalcloud

@alanwilson3193
I don’t have a big collection but I have a little bit of GameCube games I’m content with, just need a few more for it But I buy them to play not sit on a shelf
Comment from : @alanwilson3193

@BadMMAMath
Still coping ?
Comment from : @BadMMAMath

@codylester9081
Yeah emulation has come so far that it makes sense I have kept some consoles with everdrives/picoboot/HDD mods just for occasional play and to play with my kids when they get older if they’re interested But the cost is simply too much for retro games anymore
Comment from : @codylester9081

@90shandheldgamer
It's best to just do what you enjoy and not worry about the opinions of others
Comment from : @90shandheldgamer

@angelcloud6576
You are the reason I’m selling my collection little by little and i getting into emulation now lmao I bought a RG35xx a RG351V and a RG353v all because watching your videos and i have to say i love it thanks 🙏
Comment from : @angelcloud6576

@snupe8186
I have a decent size collection of games and systems and I’ve always said if I was tiard of having them or needed money I would sell off what I don’t want and keep what I do I’m not married to them and can always be replaced
Comment from : @snupe8186

@JustJulyo
Always gotta listen to the Nintendotuber
Comment from : @JustJulyo

@shibineru
I go to gaming events, mainly to see what's out there I love the nostalgic feeling of buying something I may have sold a long time ago, or buying something I wanted but ever got around to getting brbrI think I'll keep my retro collection but only build on it once I'm a while when an event is in town
Comment from : @shibineru

@ps2gamingforever364
People should sell those crappy modern systems because that garbage wont even be playable in the future! LOL at the nitwits that sell the classic systems instead
Comment from : @ps2gamingforever364

@man-mg8kg
Whaaaat 90 what the f*** is wrong with you
Comment from : @man-mg8kg

@kingd8210
For me I just have original hardware and flash carts for them which make it easier to manage my collection of games and you don't have to worry about cartridges or CDs your gaming room will look a lot neater without having bookshelves of cartridges boxes and CD cases
Comment from : @kingd8210

@WG501st
I just get things as I want to play them I like classic game compilations on modern systems
Comment from : @WG501st

@JeremiahEmbury
You will be happy and own nothing going the digital route fool
Comment from : @JeremiahEmbury

@Yunder1
It’s easier to buy than to sell brIf someone would buy my whole collection right now I wouldn’t haggle at all I want it gone but the task to sell is so daunting it makes me not want to do it
Comment from : @Yunder1

@OldStickyRice
wow, last time i checked you were at 250k now over 400k gotta congrat you didnt think you were going to be consistent with putting out vids
Comment from : @OldStickyRice

@smokeymountain6519
Once you approach 40, you need save states to play these games
Comment from : @smokeymountain6519

@crisortiz4468
Awesome video!!!
Comment from : @crisortiz4468

@bogywhite9311
If y’all are selling, I’m buying 😂
Comment from : @bogywhite9311

@Drinkabeerandplayagameofficial
So during my recent move, someone stole my 3DS and it basically broke me collecting wise If I could dump it all for a good price I would in a heartbeat The space and stress of worrying about it is too much anymore
Comment from : @Drinkabeerandplayagameofficial

@capcomfan82
Once gaming is completely digital for a decade or so we will see what happens to these retro games
