Moved out from my parents home with 12k in debt Now 25 years later I build up 17k and keep going I became the person who treats money as time If I bought a car I see the time it would throw me back in reaching my future goals And If I see 10k in my banks account I see 600 bucks I lose every year in intrest rates Next year I may have the chance to work in the US for 12 month with potentially much higher income Also it could increase my value on the market here in Germany My goal is to reach 100k at the age of 30 Wish me luck

I save to invest so long as that investment can pay me back within a year I own 4 houses now The 3rd house I learned my way around the markets and I slush those rental incomes into dividends Just saved 31k in 9 months, about 35k a month extra Looking to buy an absentee kinda business now
