From what I see cleaning does not destroy the value of a coin as long as you follow PCGS rule 92 and rule 94, No harsh abrasives, No gross polishing and No altered surfacesbrI like my worn Morgan's out of the capsule so I can play with them, if they are Mint State I put them in a capsule I'm just a Stacker though, I don't collect coins Comment from : @TobaccoRowe1960 |
