I live in a small city, and until recently the only panhandlers was a small group of regulars who were known to community and police They were never aggressive and generally tolerated Might see someone 1 or twice a week with signbrbrRecently groups of new people with more aggressive approach and creative pitches This cast of characters seems to change often and covers the prime locations almost continuously brbrMakes me believe it's organized

It works for me to get by, that's it, I work tho, I'm a Hobo, sometimes I do this to get basic needs met, I can make a few bucks, enough for what I need and than not panhandle after one time, than get kn a train and leaveI'm a different breed of "homeless" these people are what Hobos call: "Homebums" they do not travel, the never leave, usually addicted to something blah blah blah, I am a Hobo, I do Panhandle when I have to to get basic needs met, however its not my main source of income, if I want over a grand, I work at farms
