I'm 29 and I can't ride a bike; never learn how to ride one when I was a kid Just started to learn now because my 3 yo niece just able to ride today (without training wheels!), and somehow it made me embarrassed that I can't Today I tried to walk with my bicycle like in this video (my brother removed the pedals) and the neighbors were watching and while they didn't say anything I got super embarrassed 😣😣 But I saw this video and a lot of other videos that I'm not the only one who only started to learn as an adult So it really encourage me I'll try again tomorrow!! 💪brbrEdit: After 5 hours (spread in 4 days) I finally can!! I feel so accomplished

I got my first bike at 32 years old and learned by myself in the park when there were hardly any people around Everytime someone was coming toward me I'd stop and pretend to check my phone until they passed and start again Even just walking with your bike beside you first down the road is good practice to get used to the weight etc Just keep going, enjoy it and don't give up!

I am 24, the only member in my family who doesn't know how to ride a bicycle, and have just started learning how to ride one I do self-learning sessions every weekend, thereby have biked for hardly three days since I bought my bicycle brbrSince I live in a considerably populated locality, I have people staring at me like a alien The sad thing is that in my locality there's no scarcity of people who think it's funny that a 24YO grown man doesn't know how to ride a bicycle while children less than half my age do But the good part is that I got more than enough people who are no less than a source of motivation to me to not give up brbrAt this moment, people who see me as an embarrassment for not knowing how to ride a bicycle don't matter to me much unlike before, and it feels easier to ignore them and keep learning without letting them affect me 🚲☮️
