I am considering roasting coffee for a side hustle / business Thanks for this I used to road coffee at a business decades ago Now after roasting a few batches at home i am hooked I remember those days of good coffee and want them back I am excited for the process and know what it takes But thank you for listing it all out Yes it’s all about a plan The legal part is what i am most concerned about Roasting at Home In my home Have to check out if i need a true class A chimney or not ? Give me your honest opinion - I am just now getting interested in roasting my own coffee I have huge aspirations on moving to the business side and becoming a local roaster I haven’t roasted my first batch yet, but I have the opportunity to buy an Aillio Bullet for 2500 (used for 20 roasts) I’m nervous this deal is going to go quick, should I go ahead and make the investment because the deal is so good, or should I hold off until I learn more?
