i’m confused on why he brought up the loss of his friend’s baby though… he mentioned it and didn’t circle back with a lesson or example or anything… Comment from : @herecomestheluv |
interesting episode i’d love to know his philanthropy/attitude towards philanthropic effort Comment from : @herecomestheluv |

Josh is one of my favorite people to listen to talk and he is great on this podcast But what is up with Huberman? He can’t finish a coherent thought thus far in and is contributing nothing His speech and questions are convoluted barely making sense Comment from : @Mikeh118 |
Great interview guys, thanks 🙏 Comment from : @John-r1z4d |

Dr Huberman’s face when he says “love” hehehe 43:18 Comment from : @annajaneadams |
It’s interesting that Josh stop competing in BJJ because of a back injury but had no surgery or serious injury because he continued to train and later foiling I had several injuries including back surgery and months of physical therapy which took me years to recover and I continued to compete in BJJ at 54 years old in the black belt division So it’s hard to believe his excuse for not competing in BJJ because doctor said blah blah Comment from : @808BJJ_Black_Belt |
I’ve read Josh (Art of Learning) and am now rereading it because of your podcast I told my son (who sent it to me), if ever there was a human embodiment of a Stan Lee (comic book) hero Josh is it This conversation is a beautiful, rare gem that is mind expanding and enlightening A thousand 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Comment from : @DominickCorpolongo |

I feel like Huberman did a poor job here of 1 Properly asking the best possible questions 2 Guiding the conversation to the most valuable pieces Comment from : @jerrysign5027 |

Stopped at 2:54:06 An archery mention, yes! 😅 There really is quite a spacial awareness skill needed for bow fishing Or, as in regular archery, you can shoot text book, or trust your instincts, using “the force” with much applied understanding of biomechanics, Interoception, proprioception - even if you don’t know what any of that means Awareness is the key brbrThis particular episode has been THE most informative, as far as implementing the knowledge in our archery coaching It was also moving Josh’s story resonated deeplybrbrThanks again for a solid pod Comment from : @purplelinny |
While I’m incredibly stoked to watch this, because it has so much relevance to my archery academy and the philosophies I’m weaving in… I had to stop at 12 mins in to mention, that wooden paneling makes me trippy when I look away from the screen 😂 Is it just me?! 🍄brbrThank, Dr Huberman, for your ongoing mission You and your stellar guests are changing our world, for the better Comment from : @purplelinny |

Thanks Josh for your incites and thanks for reminding listeners of the climate crisis Listening to Huberman's podcast one gets the impression that pursuing individual longevity in an obsessive manner is the main goal However developing an understanding and acknowledgement of environmental crises is never mentioned It seems that the the pursuit of conditions that promote health for all the world's citizens is ignored I know this is not the focus for this podcast, but sometimes it seems very selfish and even unscientific and fearful to not bring up these difficult topics when the context calls for more discussion Maybe not discussing, but just mentioning We forget things so fast Comment from : @leonajensen1030 |
love this man what a brilliant human being Comment from : @codesymphony |
It doesn't even make sense how valuable this information is Thank you so much Comment from : @neves69 |
If we use pain to increase the amount of dopamine (ex cold bathes), two questions: 1) do we risk becoming addicted to pain, and 2) do we risk losing the guidance that pain tells us about when our body is at risk (ex damaging our body so that we lose longevity)? Thank you PS Another book for Josh to write—The Art of Being Comment from : @williamramseyer9121 |

Thank you so much for the conversation, such beautiful and inspiring men Comment from : @ritacarpinteiro8142 |
I heard the word potent/potency so many times that I couldnt help think of the great master Moshé FeldenkraisbrAnd the piece about just piss or the insights out of non stimulation reminded me of that thing he says - the delay between thought and action is the basis for awareness, and awareness is the basis for learningbrI would like to see Irene Lyon here giving some insights on the ANS, you asking all the good and profound questions as you always so brilliantly do, and question her about her framework on nervous system regulation and how the framework of Moshé shed light into her understanding and how it glued somatic/ANS together and most of all how it sees the overall human systembrPotent self, a better/ proper use of oneself; you know? Comment from : @ritacarpinteiro8142 |
There is a key word missing on this interview: Ego Comment from : @lucianobonavino |
Very interesting but I feel like there's some kind of disconnect in this conversation, it's like two rocks rubbing together & neither gaining any ground down the path they need to go for things to work out well I've listened to his book & this conversation just isn't flowing in the condusive way most of your other interviews run Did you feel a disconnect here? I almost feel like I'm not articulating what I'm sensing Comment from : @sharonlittlesun165 |
Wow Amazing pod Never heard of him Amazing guy Amazing Yes three Amazings Four :) Comment from : @ukukudu |
Another great live show Andrew, I am a btc holder who is very confident, the more it dips is the more opportunity to add to my holdings To me it genuinely felt like everything has been selling off for literally no reason, I mean companies with enough cash on hand to pay off debt like NVDA, PLTR and many others This is the time to buy I mean many altcoins are down over 50 off their highs and in the dumpster, I've been buying continuously and am gonna continue to buy as cash comes in because there is a huge rally waiting to happenThanks a lot to Jinny Franz , I was able to implement her method and adhere to her guidance, earning almost 9B TC in few weeks Thanks to Jinny for informing me, I no longer hold the view that the only meaningful investments are in stocks and real estate Comment from : @NeilWarren-c9f |

Read his book 4 times, saw all his podcasts, and it's still a grown factor to me I just felt a bit rejected when I saw only world classes on his website be cause I think human is deeper than that and the filter should be more sophisticated and deep but ye Comment from : @aixzi_official |

1 Could Josh do an expanded discussion on the chess principles interconnectedness to life? Maybe we could reference Kasparovs book How Life Imitates ChessI love listening to Josh! 1:41:00brbr2 Josh on Lex Fridman's podcast would be epic since they share such similar energybrbr3 Could we get a deep dive on what Josh means by "The 6 Dimensional Introspective Process" and how to apply it?brbr4 Could Josh talk some more about finances and his work with investors? He must be really smart with money to live with such independence Comment from : @Flying_Family |
