If this really is the core content of the book, it sounds like a pretty lightweight book It's good if it helps people, but for me there is much more concrete and useful information in a book like Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi The three points presented here are useful tips for success in a given activity, but Flow shows the mechanism for iwhy/i these tips work and how you can restructure practically your entire life toward fulfillment, growth and 'success' via every activity you undertake
