@GenoNow
also find what you spend money on and try to save on those items, for example, instead of buying body wash you can buy 6 pack of bar soap, it costs the same and lasts 6 times longer

I’m in “buy now pay later” debt…🤦🏼‍♀️ I feel like there’s no longer credit card debt in this generation and it’s this whole buy now pay later BS that traps me …brit’s amazing to have something upfront, but good God they don’t tell you about the interest😑 and maybe they do, but they definitely keep it in a very fine print And by the time you find out how much the interest is it’s way too late I’m having serious buyers remorse on some Metallica tickets that I bought for my fiancés birthday It’s his favorite band of all time, and how awesome to be able to fulfill his dream of seeing them by being able to get him tickets that I don’t even have to pay for upfront! And it was so easy, get your tickets now and pay for them in monthly installments! It seemed like a birthday dream come true…brBut these are tickets that are two rows away from the stage, and also have an added on enhanced experience… 1000 something dollars apiecebrOK, I’m assuming he’s worth it at this point, until I go into the app and I see how much they actually will be after I pay them off 😬😬 almost $4000!!!!!!🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ yeah it’s all fun and bands until you see how much interest they’re tacking onto those payments😣😣 brTalk about your temporary gratification …brI’ve done the whole buy now pay later thing a few times, but this is my first ever huge purchase using it brLesson learned … brFor small realistic purchases, the instant gratification is pretty amazing But I do not recommend anybody using these buy now Pay later options on anything over $500😣 I literally feel like I’m back to making car payments again on this crap, because in order to pay it off, you literally have to go broke in order for that interest to not take over! Smh

@YY-jv4uu
May work for stagnant debt, but for cumulative debt like tax debt that continues to pile on with new tax debt every year it’s impossible I have searched for a video that may help with this issue but I cannot find a caller with this sort of debt If you own an apartment in Australia you also have levies that are about 2k a quarter indefinitely and increase every couple of years If you fall back on these you can lose your place The interest on this is ridiculous if you don’t pay on time however each quarter you get a fresh 2k added to your debt When you’re already living on the bare minimum expenses to keep a roof over your head and food / utilities, it’s a never ending debt cycle that you cannot escape I would like to see you or Dave or anyone talk about cumulative debt and not just personal loan and credit card debt
Comment from : @YY-jv4uu

@darknevangelist
it ONLY took 7 years for the lady to pay off 500K in debt It would take 11 years for me to make 500k let alone 500k to throw at debt thankfully im not in that deep of a hole but maybe I need a new career lol

Debt consolidation worksIF you are gonna be more aggressive with your debt that way and save on interest as well I did it to save 10 on interest and to pay all more aggressive but you have to be aggressive

@hermanramos7092
This is quite educational It's crucial for newcomers to keep in mind that the financial markets are highly irrational in the short run You should constantly be ready for the unexpected That is how chance operates Because of the inherent risks in the market, I always favor long-term investments

Every now and again I click on a Ramsey team video out of curiosity And I'm reminded how much these people hate math and love inefficiencybrbrDon't listen to absolutes - try thisbrHave a debt that's over 25 interest? Avalanche until you don't brShift to snowball after the most damaging debts are paid down so you don't throw away thousands of dollars on predatory nonsense you could have avoided if you didn't listen to GeorgebrbrEveryone's circumstance is different Do your own research and pick the path that is best for you
Comment from : @seantaylor6691

@SpinOrLose
I’m $18k in credit card & loan debt Majority of it was from gambling debt, I’m in a six figure salary, yet, I can’t seem to get out of debt I have an addiction that is getting me into a deep hole, but we will get out of this!

@iancapozzoli5895
Great video as usual! Only thing I'll add is that consolidation CAN be a good idea if you're getting a better interest rate If it'll take you 3 years to pay something off at 27 but just 2 years at 14, take the 14 option
