Thank you very much my nephew just fell and even if my aunt should have watch over him I steal blame my self cause I told her to wait for me I’m going to her and she made them play and he felt on he’s face he’s only 1 and a half year he’s at the doctor now and I’m praying ❤

My son hit his head on the floor of the pool, he complained not breathing properly right after and felt pain in the back of his head but was alert and no symptoms after 2 to 3 hours, is there any possible delayed symptoms after a month or 2?

Hi Doctor, my 18 month old son fell in bath tub and diagnosed with subdural, ER and on call neurologist said it’s minor , will go away in few weeks , we are noticing changes in my child walking, he is little silent and less appetite; could you suggest Are these symptoms temporary and go way as subdural heal

Hi doctor my son fell from a couch and hit his head on the tiles he is 9months old l used a towel with ice to rub his forehead but the bump it's not going away but it's a bit better than before

Hi Doctor, hope you doing well My daughter fell running at school on a Thursday and bumped her forehead around the eye region When she returned home, there was light swelling but it subsided quickly On Friday all was well, she was running and playing at a birthday party Saturday she woke up with a fever (she has a nasal congestion issue for a week or so) She also threw up on Saturday morning and in the lift while going to get some meds How can you tell if the throwing up is from a high fever and nasal congestion or from the fall itself? She threw up 36-40 hours after the fall) thank you

Hello doctor my kid is 1 year and 10 months old and he was running and fell down and hit a chair and had deep cut near his eyebrows and he was bleeding and I took him to near by doctor and he put 3 stitches and told to take CT scan just to be safe and I am worried a lotis this normal I am crying

Why falling straight to head to a hard surface from a height with a drastic sound does not always mean that baby has injury to head or any part of the body ? How the head skulls works to protect babies from getting any brain injury ? Please explain this also so that we parents can be super sure Please ma'am

A friend in Mexico told us his 3 year old fell n hit his head he has a big bump in head and he said after a few hrs the little boy was trowing up repeatedly they took him to the clinic but nothing was done they are really poor n live in a rural place what can they do if they have no extra income

My daughter is 1 year old and she fell from our bed… she was sitting wrongly and fell from her back and hit the tiles with the back of her head , I immediately used ice to rub the area and she cried but later was fine and she haven’t acted weird she’s been fine ever since … it’s been a week now but just yesterday I noticed a bump on the left side of head and when I pressed the area it’s a-bit soft that I don’t understand what it is but my daughter seems normal , am so terrified bcz I don’t understand what it is , am taking her to the doctor today , I pray it’s nothing to worry about…

Hi, my 6 month old just suffered a skull fracture and minor head swelling after falling off out of her bed I took her straight to the emergency room and she’s had a cat scan, X-rays and monitoring for 12 hours Her doctor said she will be fine and the fracture will heal She seems to behave normally, but she appears to be less verbal She can still make noises and has the same motor skills, it just seems as though she isn’t babbling as much Maybe she’s just out of it due to the injury, but she has shown a few time that she can still do it…she just doesn’t Could it be a sign her language skills have been affected or is she just being quiet because it only happened a day ago?

Hi Dr Mona, my 2 year-old hit his head on the wall and he cried for a minute or two after that and was acting normal after that He had a small bruise on his forehead which later went away next day or 2 2 days later started blinking his eyes rapidly, and few days later also started shoulder shrugging and opening mouth Took him to his pediatrician who mentioned it could be tics and referred us to a neurologist The tics lasted 4-5 days and has almost went away after that (been 2 weeks) We are still going to take him to the neurologist in 2 weeks, but wanted to check if it could be related to the head bump Could the fall have exacerbated/caused the tics?

Last week My 3mos old daughter fall out of our 2ft height bed down to our solid cement floor 😭😭 she cry for 5mins and we don’t see any bruises , no vomit no fever, but there’s a time she cry like how she cry after falling only stops if we lifted & feed her, looks like more irritated than before what’s that mean? Is there anytime wrong with and should we bring her to hospital? And what will the hospital possible do to our child if ever
