I am a new mom I usually will be very very cautious when I’m with my baby But one day , when he was 6 months old he fell off ( he was was is sitting position and he fell and hurt his back of head ) he cried and cried and the guilt trip I had ! I was dying inside Few hours later he became normal I am usually overthinking , so this incident make me overthink a lot I want to know will this cause any brain damage , will he be normal ?
