 Depends on the owner if they are family business oriented or greedy self-interest minded The former would give you a fair 30-50 of face value on average and the latter closer to 10-20 face value

 I usually see about 30 going price on the secondary market at that time, kind of an art to nailing down a pricebr i assume paying out anything more would be hard for the business to digest

 Only been to a pawn shop a few times in my lifetime Once I took in a 3/8 Snap on impact New in box with the receipt It was 375 for it Went to 3 different pawn shops They all offered me 40-60 That’s BS I see 150 These tools always sold no problem I wish I knew why pawn shops offered me so low All of these pawn shops sold these new impacts for 300 easy
