This isnt true, at least from what i seen My childhood bestfriends dad owns a pawn shop, wed hangout there all the time and 90 of the time people were only selling their items and his dad would resell them, barely anyone would pawn their stuff Over the years of hanging out there i seen probably 1000 people trying to sell their stuff and maybe 70 people trying to pawn stuff
