I know this sounds all new agey and probably just plain silly, but I do want to know, when you strip bark from living trees, does it cause the tree pain There were some tests carried out a few years ago that showed that living plants actually feel pain Is that true?

Hope it's all good This isn't about bark weaving, bit I bought some really good birch log sections from a hobby shop a while back, and I was wondering if you thought it would be safe to use them for making a kuksa i dont know if they've been treated with anythong and I'd like to know what you think about it ALL the videos are great and they reall start the wheels turning Thank Y ouLarry Canter
