Anyone have any tips on stopping my legs from floating upwards during the glide and putting pressure on my lower back I do have kyphosis so maybe my arms are too deep in the water hence the the lifting of my feet I tend to shorten the glide because of this

Thank you for this video I am doing leg and glide drill in the pool I find that my soles would be out of water surface and splashed water a bit After watching your tutorial, now I know my knees didn’t drop down I will make correction tomorrow and keep on drilling until the motion becomes muscle memory
