I have been finding out this same thing with Canadian Maple Leafs and Silver Eagles there are slight weight variations i have really dug out my collection i have bought at various times through not only ebay but a very respectable local dealer and its all the same now i don't have one that weighs quite 315 the heaviest i have had was 3133 but on average its between 3113 and 312 and so i watched this video and i don't know what the conclusion is yet but i think its ok i would like more information on this myself Comment from : @mikegardner2775 |

I would never recommend buying from Ebay Download an app called "the wish app" they have these in counterfeit along with tons of other bullion coins including fake gold 1 oz coins on there you can buy for a couple bucks they are VERY real looking but are def fakes you can buy them from this wish app they are made in China and are very fake they even have the fake maples with the DNA effect finish it's crazy how they can duplicate fakes like these in china Comment from : @mattballew7743 |

I come back to these comments with the figures, 3136 grams is exactly 1 troy ounce, a regular ounce is "2835 grms" a troy ounce is "3110 grms" the difference is "275 grms" this will put your maple leaf @ "1 troy ounce" Comment from : @silverwiskers7371 |

I think they are fine I’ve got some tubes of Silver Eagles that show similar weight variances, & they came from apmex They are good though, I put some of them through a specific gravity test With the premiums they are charging on these coins, they can error on the heavy side at the mints Comment from : @ajs4287 |
